Tanny Davids has a passion for education and teaching. Her love of children and their success is a driving force for her. Prior to LHSA opening, Tanny taught at Lava Elementary for 17 years as the 3rd and 4th grade teacher. Teaching and building relationships has brought much happiness in her life.

Tanny began the 2025-2026 school year as the 3rd/4th grade teacher. In October 2025, Tanny was asked to step in as the school leader. It has been a great experience to be part of a new school, new students and families, and to be part establishing a loving and positive culture.

Tanny loves to spend time with her family. Camping, swimming, reading and bike riding are hobbies she enjoys. As an empty nester, Tanny and her husband love to travel. She is a big fan of Disneyland and never passes up an opportunity to visit The Happiest Place on Earth.
