What is a teacher's role in Discovery-based learning?
Teachers provide guided tasks and use a variety of instructional techniques. Educators will mentor and facilitate to encourage student self-directed learning and hold students accountable.
What is a teacher's role in Classical Education?
Teacher’s design, plan and implement effective lessons based on Classical Education’s philosophy, content, and scope and sequence to ensure students are academically competitive. Educators also partner with parents regarding each child’s academic development.

Public Rules
- Public participation must be conducted in person.
- Total time allotted for public comment will not exceed 15 minutes.
- Each speaker will be limited to 3 minutes.
- Public comment will be taken on matters scheduled on the agenda for that meeting.
- Written comments will be distributed to the board prior to the beginning of the meeting.
- The Chair may deny an individual the opportunity to address the Board if the individual has previously addressed the Board on the same subject within the past two months.
- Because of the diversity of issues, members of the board will not respond to a public comment. Instead, issues may be recorded and referred to the proper staff person for follow-up.
- The chair may interrupt or terminate an individual's statement when it is too lengthy, personally directed, abusive, obscene, repetitive or irrelevant.
- The Board as a whole shall have the final decision in determining the appropriateness of all such rulings.
