Hello! My name is NaTasha Barnes and I am the Office Manager at Lava Hot Springs Academy. I bring a background of seven years in a research lab and two and a half years at a county courthouse. I’m grateful for the experiences that have prepared me for this new adventure in education-a field I’ve always admired and I am thrilled to be a part of.

Outside of work, I’m happiest in the great outdoors. I love hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, and riding horses-any chance to seek adventure and enjoy nature. I also have a passion for learning and truly value the role education plays in shaping young lives. I absolutely love children and feel so fortunate to be working in a place where I can support students, staff, and families every day.
